Joondalup Health Campus (Ramsay Health Care)

North Star Security has been involved with Ramsay Health Care, supplying service and maintenance work to the Access Control systems at Joondalup Health Campus. During North Star Security’s time at Joondalup Health Campus, North Star Security has had the opportunity to work with Joondalup Health Campus’ IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues the client has.

Derbarl Yerrigan

North Star Security has been providing Maintenance, Installation and 24/7 Monitoring services to all Derbarl Yerrigan sites in WA for a large number of years. During these years NSS has installed duress alarms to a variety of the Derbarl Yerrigan sites. NSS has also replaced, re-located and serviced duress alarms for the Derbarl Yerrigan sites.

Nulsen Group – Cannington

North Star Security also upgraded the previous existing Access Control system at Nulsen Haven to a new Access Control system. This upgrade was completed by the requested completion date set by the client, highlighting our ability to accomplish set tasks as per our KPI and set time frames.

Clinipath Pathology

Clinipath approached NSS looking for a solution for staff members who often work alone. NSS offered Clinipath two solutions, one being a hardwired duress alarm system that isn’t monitored (as requested by the client), and the other solution was a monitored solution. Clinipath took the hardwired solution, but in a short time frame they realised a monitored option with two-way voice communication was going to be a better option as the non-monitored units were not being acted on immediately or at all by those people tasked to react to them. To date, Clinipath has acquired many Solosafe devices at a number of their clinics.
