Civmec Henderson

North Star Security has been providing service and maintenance works to Civmec for various years. North Star Security conducts routine bi-annual maintenances at Civmec Henderson, complete firmware upgrades when required and services the Access Control system when issues arise.

 

146 Colin Street West Perth

North Star Security has been providing service, installation and maintenance services at 146 Colin Street for numerous years. The site is currently in the process of being upgraded to a new Access Control system. This upgrade consists of multiple doors and includes various integrations.

 

David Malcolm Justice Centre

North Star Security provides the security services and maintenances for the David Malcolm Justice Centre that is managed by Mirvac. This is a 32 level multi-tenant building located in the Perth CBD. North Star Security carries out comprehensive maintenances on the Access Control and CCTV surveillance systems at this site.

NSS has successfully upgraded all head-end equipment and configured all virtual machine environments correctly to allow for consistent and correct operation. North Star Security implemented a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan to manage all aspects of the Access Control, CCTV, intercom and head-end hardware.

 

BOC 

NSS upgraded the previous existing Access Control system into a new Access Control system, completing the works within the required time frame set by the client and the service level agreement.

North Star Security did come across some issues during the installation work as when the devices were transferred over to the new system from the previously existing system, some devices were not listed. It was then identified that these devices were not listed as they were faulty and were taken out of the system’s programming by the previous security company. These devices were identified while re-connecting the existing intrusion devices.

 

16 St Georges Terrace Perth – Knight Frank

North Star Security is the incumbent security contractor for all service, maintenance and installation work at 16 St Georges Terrace. North Star Security upgraded the existing access control system at 16 St Georges Terrace.

 

1 Howard Street Perth – Colliers International

North Star Security has also upgraded the existing access control system at 1 Howard Street. Additionally, NSS looks after all of the service, installation and maintenance work at 1 Howard Street.

 

Air Liquide (Altona) Melbourne

North Star Security has recently upgraded Air Liquide’s standalone Access Control system in Altona, Victoria. This upgrade was an extensive one, as it not only included the access control system but included intrusion detection and the upgrade of the existing CCTV surveillance system. North Star Security now also completes all service and maintenance work for Air Liquide Altona.
